What if the AI gives incorrect information?

We include human oversight for the first 30 days. Every call is reviewed, and the AI is continuously optimised. You can also set rules like "Transfer to human agent if customer asks about a specific topic".

How customised is the Voice AI?

Completely. We train the AI on YOUR services (life, auto, home, commercial), YOUR pricing, YOUR team structure, and YOUR processes. It sounds like your company, not a generic insurance bot.

What happens if I go over my included calls?

Do you integrate with my existing CRM?

You're only charged for additional calls at the per-minute rate (£0.60/min for After-Hours, £0.50/min for 24/7, £0.40/min for Enterprise). No surprise fees, you'll get alerts at 80% usage.

Yes. We support Google Sheets, Airtable, HubSpot, Salesforce, Applied Epic, and custom integrations. If you don't have a CRM, we can set up a simple system for you.
